.....cont'd I have had many temporary setbacks. I have never blamed my upline for this though.
The form you created is useful for seeing for myself where I need to focus on before I communicate with my mentor. I am excited for every step I take in the right direction! I am also enjoying the journey along the way!

......cont'd On the other hand, temporary defeat can sometimes still happen because there is a learning curve to everything. Communication skills;for example, are something I have had to learn and re-learn over many months even though it is inherent in my field of social services.

Tom, I wanted to to add something that I know is a part of your coaching. If people are brought in the "right way" there will be less of this kind of thing happening in the first place. Accountability would be there from day one.
